I was fed up and had worked my way into a pretty miserable situation. But in a moment of Divine Intervention I was reminded that I was more than this, that I was better than the reality I had created, and that I could change it all.

I am here to serve you, to be a guide, to help bring you back to your true self through the healing practices of Ayurveda & Yoga. YOU are worthy of living your best life, YOU are worthy of living your dreams, YOU are worthy of health and vitality.
