The New Moon every month is a powerful time and reminder to tune inward and plant seeds of intention for the following month. This specialty offering is lead by Ayurved Janae Christopher providing the opportunity to learn more of the moon cycles and how they can influence our actions- even of only as reminders to check in and re-evaluate our goals and desires. In this class we will focus on pranayama (breathwork), meditation, removing energy blocks, and changing inner dialog to better support our goals and desires. Each month will be different but these foundational pieces will be present. There is no asana practice, simply wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal, pen, and an open heart.
